Asparagus, strawberries, seafood, pumpkin, St. Martin's goose... Yes, of course, including wine pairings if you wish.

Parma je například říční ryba, ale také - a to asi hlavně - město v Itálii🇮🇹, které je světově proslulé díky své gastronomii a kulinařině. Pochází odtud třeba parmazán a nebo parmská šunka🤩🍖 No, a tuhle šunku my si vozíme do Karlína a balíme do ní kuřecí prso. Výsledek?👉Mrkněte na video! Na viděnou a dobrou chuť😋

Parma is a town in Northern Italy, which is famous - among other things - for the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese or for the Prama ham. Well, this ham, it’s what we bring to Karlín and wrap a chicken breast into it. Result? Check the video & see you soon in Karlín!

Rubic’s Cube is a great thing, but our chef’s puzzle chicken - that’s a real big time! This is how our chef Jirka Červený assembles on of the new items on our menu. Deep fried chicken thighs on a juicy homebaked toast, sriracha mayo, pickled veggies and a leaf of salad... Yyuummmmyy!
